As the first in-house creative hire for the growth team at Stitch Fix, I helped scale up ad production output by 210% across social channels to drive brand awareness and new client acquisition. Additionally, I managed video partnerships with external agencies, producing 85% of the content for the growth work stream. The resulting live-action videos delivered strong conversions and efficient CPAs.
